jester,, the s-# appears to be a sealed power intechange numbering system. the cam gear doesn't appear to be a billet gear. maybe it's a steel one,, but a billet gear will be machined fully from a billet block of steel. not cast so to speak. see if a magnet will stick to it to know that it's not aluminum. i'll look in the speed pro catalog tomorrow morning and get the individual gear/chain/crank sprocket numbers. and the set number for the boxed set. hope it helps. i'll post back.

jester,, i'm thinking it's this one: speed pro book part number for the 3 piece set shows 220-3110T. shows as .250 double roller with torrington bearing. shows 3 keyway timing gear at the crank. this catalog doesn't give the 3 piece breakdown on the individual parts for their numbers. only as a set. if you can caliper some rollers on the chain,, you will know. they show the 220-2110 as a .200 roller diameter and the 220-3110 as the above mentioned without the torrington bearing. i'll dig arround through another sealed power book to see if it has the separate numbers for the gears/chain. it lists part#222-168 as the number for the .200 chain by itself or chain only for the 220-2110 set. more to come if available.

you da man RAT!
How well do you remember the theroy? If you replace one gear then you should replace as an assembly but if you keep the gear you can replace the chain only is this correct? I cant remember for the life of me.
Did you by anychace come across what the max chain slack that is allowed before replacement?
I calipered the rollers at .200
