I have the 79Z 3 in one kit, i would like to change it to model my 78Z.
Anyone know where i could find 78Z decals to make this model correct?

you can check e-bay every so often. They have the 77 Z28 decals on there now.

If I remember right there was a post on here a while back about a guy that does a decal package for the Z28's in the color of your choice but dont remember who he was.
Seems like he was from Canada, Someone here should be able to help if it does not turn up in a search.

Testors has a program that makes decals with your inkjet printer. The one they sell at Wal Mart for @ $8 is just the basic (limited) program and has preset designs. You have to order the Full version. It looks alot like Photoshop 6. Mine should be coming in the mail Wednesday or Thurs. I'll let you know if it's worth it. Some hobby shops sell decal film that works in a printer. You should be able to Photoshop it. Microsoft has a free program on thier website called Paint.net that you could try that if you dont have Photoshop.

Lots of good info here, T/Y!
Another problem i thought about was the correct dash layout, the 3in 1 kit's dash would be wrong for a 78.
I also have a kit of a 70 Baldwin motion Camaro, i'm going to see if its dash would work in the 3 in 1 kit, for a correct looking 78 model.
