is this a new problem? was it ever running good?
what is your timing at initial and total?
what is the list # on the front of your carb?

might be the intake... a performer is not really any better than a stock 4bbl..

You mean if you mash it it boggs down and doesn't want to go? Like not getting gas or something?

Could that be an 1850? 600 vacumme secondary, if so could be opening too fast or too slow.

On a 327, I would run a single plane intake -

it has a single plane manifold i think the carb is a 4150 i will post that tomarow

what happens is when i mash the throttle it boggs like it floods i think my secoundaries need vac adjust

I'm running a 4777 model holley 650dp on my 327 and after tinkering with it time and time again I've got it running good without being too fat.
