Need to reinstall a timing tape on an 8" harmonic balancer. I am having a brain freeze, Does the zero on the tape line up with the grove on the balancer?

Yep...Also I did the same and used clear house window insulating tape over the tape. Make sure the tape overlaps for correct rotation if you do this. And put a bead of glue across the seam. Just a helpful tip.
