The car runs well without any smoking untill
well warmed up. Once warmed up well, there is still no viable smoking untill I lay into it and run up the rpms to over 5k, then she smokes alot. Would rings or valve stem seals be the first place to look? The motor does not have alot of miles, it is only about 1000-1500 miles off of a fresh rebuild. could it be that the rings did not seat right? It sure seems like they should have by now.

I'd say rings. Usually valveseals will give you some smoking on initial startup, and stop once you've burned off all the oil that had dripped onto the back of the valve.
