Guys, on the water valve in the engine compartment, what vacuum line goes to it on a 71 with A/C?

I have three lines and I know the black one is vacuum supply. However, there's a yellow and an orange one.

Thanks.

It should be the line that pulls vacuum when the A/C is turned on, Don't remember if it is on MAX or when it is just on, But I think it is when it is set to max. This was to keep the hot water out of the system and allow for the coldest air possible. When just on Bi-level it allows the water to mix with the A/C to get a temp your comfortable with. Hope this helps.

Some cars (don't know which) it supplies vacuum to the line when the HOT/COLD selector is pushed all the way to cold (independent of whether the A/C is on or not).

Either way, it's the line that gets vacuum based on how the HVAC controls are set. It's the only line that is affected by them.

On my 78 Malibu it's the yellow/tan one, but that's a different car so don't assume it's the same on yours.
