Hello everyone,
I have a sbc 350 and I'm looking at rebuilding it. I'm not going crazy with this, just something with alittle kick to it. What would be the best book for a rookie,(me) at building an engine , to buy that will brake it down barney style so I can try to do most of the work myself?
Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Guys

If I remember right How to Hotrod a Smallblock Chevy, How to rebuild your smallblock chevy, Modifying a Smallblock Chevy are all good books. I had one by Grumpy Jenkins that was real informative but can't remember the name. It might have been Chevy Performance or something like that.

I know it's old school but if your not going crazy buy the book from Smokey Yunick (Spelling) The guy was a genius when it comes to sbc.

the chiltons\haynes guides have info on rebuilding a sbc in them, plus everything else for your camaro. They are good to have.
