I am looking to rattle can (Rustoleum Hamer Finish) in black on the heads and Intake manifold (Alum Air Gap) I will be using chrome bolts to offset the all black look, will the paint hold up to the heat?

Use a cured temp coating primer before you use the other paint on it, and it might stand a chance. Intake wont be bad, but the heads are the hottest part on the engine.
I can go look up the temp primer if you want. But I remember I got it from Classic Industries.

Why not buy a can of high temp flat or gloss black? The GM blue on my heads have approx 800 flake free miles thus far.

I painted my rpm intake with that hammered metal paint, It looks good and held up well.. I think the stuff is rated to 200 F.. I plan on painting my new block and heads with it... It will probably burn a little around the header area but thats ok with me.. That high temp primer under the paint may be the way to go..

Here ya go, Hammertone paint. Holds up pretty good, just prep it right.
