hi guys I have a78 z28 without a engine or tranny. Iwant to put a 468 bb and 4 speed setup. My question is what motor mounts and frame shells will I have to use. also will the front coil springs have to be changed thanks in advance ron

as far as motor mounts go i'd get the actual chassis mounts made for a big block and use a older style mounts instead of the shells. they seem to be easier to work with.i out a BB in my 70 with stock SB springs and it is fine. just might want to get some heavy dity shocks. i have some Koni adjustable shocks and the front end is pretty stiff, not a lot of bouncing like you would expect with the extra weight.
