Anyone know of a drop-base air cleaner that will clear my HEI, and electric choke (performer carb & Intake) with a stock cowl Induction hood?

yes. moroso, mr. gasket and couple of other cheap chrome ones are available. look it up on the jegs or summit web site. they are called offset base open air cleaner's 14 in dia.

The air cleaner on my Z28 is that EXACT desription... its a "5.0 liter HO" dual snorkel piece off of an '83-86 Camaro Z28 with the 5L HO engine. Great air cleaner. You can get a decal for it that also says 5.7 liter HO on ebay.. i did.

Can you use those Dual Snorkels for the HO 350 Camaro's on a 71 Camaro with a Performers Intake and EPS 1406 4bbl w/ no Electric Choke and still clear the hood?

i used to run a normal 14" drop base with an HEI and never had a problem.the wires were never touching or did the cap

Will that Air Cleaner work with what SpeedAddict02 has, but with a stock hood? I have the same problem with my 600cfm EPS w/ Perf. Intake.
