On the Felpro 1095 head gasket which way is up? The side with the numbers and raised ridges or the other way?

Damn I wish I had noticed this before I installed the other head. :(

I think as long as all the holes line up... you're good. Just make sure the coolant holes line up between the casting and the gasket.
