Hi

Anyone run the Brodix Race-Rite ovel heads or know anything about them? How much horsepower can you squeeze out of them on a (for example) 454?

I have foud two types of ovals, one with 115 Combustion Chamber Volume, and one with 119 Combustion Chamber Volume. When should I choose the 115 cc and when do I need the 119 cc? Whats the difference?

Thanks Kristoffer

(Wild guess ;)) they will flow enough to support well into 600 hp.
RR BB-O
.................... .2 ..3...4....5....6 ...65....7
2.250 Intake 159 223 270 314 334 336 340
1.880 Exhaust 116 145 172 196 217 230 236

The different chamber sizes gives you a little control over how much compression you'll end up with, or the size of the dome you'll need to make your desired compression.

The 115cc have the combustion chamber ported and flow a bit better
The 118 are as cast. They look like great heads and will be what I move to once I get the $$$.
