I didn't know quite where to post this, so forgive me if it's in the wrong topic.

My car has three lines from the tank, two on the passenger side, one on the driver's side. One of the two is the obvious fuel feed line, I think the other is a return line, and the one on the driver's side is the tank vent.

Do I need to have a vacuum source for the vent line? Makes sense to control the possible vapors.

What should I do with the return line? I don't have a pressure regulator.

you are correct, the bigger line on the passenger side is the feed line, goes to fuel pump, smaller line is return line also goes to fuel pump.

vent line on drivers side goes to charcoal canister which has vacuum from the engine.

hope this helps, btw this only applies if your running the mechanical pump.
