Ive got a set of L31 heads Im putting in my 72Z- the only problem is I dont want to spring for those adaptors that allow you to use the older valve covers with the newer style heads.
I remember about 2 or 3 years ago, some corvette resto company was selling valve covers that looked IDENTICAL to LT-1 valve covers, but were centerbolt.
Does anyone know anything about that?

I took a good long look at my M/T valve covers and I think I can drill em for the newer center bolt style head as Ill be runnin vortecs... It will also allow me to reuse my wide body roller rockers!!!
somethin to think about..
