This is a complete motor, still in the car, and you can see it run.

It is being sold complete from intake to oil pan and from flexplate to pulleys.

400 sbc bored .030
511 casting 2 bolt block
stock crank
stock rods with arp rod bolts

As stated above, it is from intake to oil pan.

Includes flexplate, balancer, and waterpump.
Includes March underdrive pulleys.

All you will need to add is a carb and a distributor.

It even includes a set of dynomax headers for a 70-81 camaro.

It includes an extra stock crank, set of stock rods, and two sets of gm 882 heads.

One set of the 882 heads is bowl blended with 2.02/1.88 stainless valves.

The 406 runs 7.60's on motor in the 1/8 mile in a 3500lb camaro with a 4000 ptc street stall, 350 turbo trans, 4.10 gear, and 26X10 et drag.

Mike , i have a 400 2 bolt case , cleaned , magged for cracks , and ridge reamed , block is 0.30, needs to go 0.40, nice block , have a new gm steel crank 3;48 stroke to go with it to make a 383 de-stroke motor , been saving it for coupla years , i,ll never use it now, since e-thing i have is bbc, also have some 400 cast crank s and 2 set sof 400 heads 1 set 350 that are in good shape , p,m me if you are interested, let me know, I gotta come to raleigh saturday, cee ya, mike
