does anyone have the dvd of a guy that builds a 454 step by step?? i had gotten one from a member on here, but it was cracked, and he was unable to send me another. i know he sold some to other members, so i was just wondering if anyone had one that they could copy for me. thanks.

I'm looking for the same thing. I've done some building on some BBC's but never a complete build. A dvd would be awsome, so he who has, can you share, I will pay.....

Id be interested in getting one to. I have always wanted to build me a SBC. So far I have got most of the info from reading but a watching someone build one would be a huge plus.....I am also willing to shed some $$$ for it.

done cam swaps
lots of intakes/carbs
bottom end on my 454
assisted on a (shhhh) 350 (but that was before I was REALLY on the Dark Side)
quite a few whole engine swaps
plus tons of other BS....lol....

I got the CD and never watched it. I HOPE its where I left it with a ton of other CD's at the house. I'll kick some out on my dime....just a few ;).....but like I said, ya'll gotta wait another month and a half for it....lol.

ive done a 350 cam and above build but that was with help. so ive never done a bottom end at all. i dont want to build my motor myself, but circumstances are looking to be that way. thats why im hoping if im able to watch that video, things might work out ok, lol.

I have also just done freshened a 350 but never done a bottom end......I have tore one own though. Would be nice to build an engine from scratch and watch it learn.....it like giving birth to a little monster baby and watch them take their first breath.

yea i know, i would love to build it myself, that would feel great, im just afraid of what happens the first time i fire it up, or just driving it around, wondering if i did everything correctly. hopefully this dvd can help out a bit.
