Has anyone had any experience with these gaskets? I'm thinking of using the 4.1" Bore .028" thick gasket. Anything bad I should know about? They'll be going between my aluminum heads and cast iron block.

El Guapo 01-17-2005, 08:38:00 AM They worked fine on mine, too. Didn't even deck the block - ULTM8Z 01-17-2005, 09:30:00 AM Same here. I'm running them right now. The head gaskets were about the only thing that DIDN"t fail. Smokin70SS 01-19-2005, 02:27:00 AM Thanks for the replies. I'm going to head down to the GM dealership as soon as I get back into town. Damon 01-19-2005, 10:32:00 AM Me, too. I use them as my go-to 350/383 head gasket now instead of the Fel Pros I used to use. It's a lot easier getting a good quench height established with them than with the thicker (.039") Fel Pros. |
