I have a set of the aftermarket Goodwrench 993 heads. I think they call them the "Quest" heads. Like the ones used in the "Goodwrench Quest Motor series" in CHP.
Mine have about $500 worth of work done to them on top of what they cost from GM.
They still have 1.94/1.5 valves (why? I dont know). But they have been extensively worked. Bowls bleded. Intake runners as big as you can get them. Exhaust is not the biggest I've ever seen but they are still pretty big, I'd say about 75%. The chambers were smoothed up. And they were milled down to about 73CC's.
What would you guys guess these are flowing at?
CHP said they got 220+cfm out of the intake but never said anything about the exhaust.

I would say 220 cfm wouldn't be too far off. Stock they flow around 205 or so. With a good working over I'm sure 220 is very feasible. Plus they are one of my favorite smog heads, next to the 487 and 441 heads.

What do you think the exhaust flows at?

It's hard to say without you taking them to a shop with a Flowbench and getting them tested. Otherwise we're all just speculating and we could be way off. 993's are an open chamber head from the '70s which didn't flow too bad with some work. John Lingenfelter used a lot of these heads years ago in his budget 355 engine builds. I believe they are the best of the 76cc chamber heads before GM stated taking metal out of the castings like the 882.

Do you guys think I put in to small of a cam?

It's an old school crane cam. Used to be called the fireball 302.
It's got 302* advertised degrees duration.
228/234 @ .050. .480 matched lift. With a 110.5* LSA.

If you think it's a little small, I might upgrade to 1.6 ratio rockers in the future.
Raising the lift to .514 matched lift and 230/236 @ .050.

Just in case you did not see my last question.

Wow you have a Crane Fireball cam? That was the first cam I ever swapped in my car. They are good cams, they just have slow ramps. But your valvetrain should be quiet.

And that isn't a small cam by any means! That is plenty.
