does anybody know where to get info on them like sizes per part # like a 9635 is 625 cfm or what ever it is

Just cruised through an old FM catalogue, seems the second number refers to the size or CFM rating.
95xx are 500 CFM
96xx are 625 CFM
97xx are 750 CFM
The differences in the carbs within each series is linkage, (GM-universal or Mopar) manual or electric choke, marine, etc.
