Ummm, I've never heard of the conV 4 stamp but I also noticed that there isn't really a question in your post. Would you mind rephrasing it?

my fault the question marks ment that it was a question lol my bad anyone no what that means i got the cast number off the head an it was a 76cc chamber nothing special

It means that the head was cast on Conveyor #4 at the foundry. Nothing special.

That's not the casting number.

It will be like 3384438 or some such 6 or 7 digit number!

400 sbc never came with much of a good performance heads. the 400s were made during the smoggy gas saver years. they will make good boat anchors probably. or big paper weights. Look for a 441(72cc), 041(64cc) or 487(74cc) heads for good stock heads durability and street performance potential.

the info should get me on the right path,are these cast numbers hard to find on ebay.,,,,etc?
