My camaro has true-duals, and the ends of the tail pipes turn down right at the bumper. On a cold start I leave heavy carbon deposits on the ground until the choke closes, then it's not so bad. In the parking lot here at my apartments you can tell every spot I've parked in by the little presents the car has left everywhere. Is there anything I should look at to help eliviate this problem? Or is it a problem at all?

Its probrably residue that builds up on the inside of your exaust from driving the day before then overnight the air in system condensates and when you start it in the am you blow it all out kinda like washing it

Yep, and the fact your choke is on, you run rich with the choke on.
