i am rebuilding my engine since the a valve spring is coming apart and i am having a oil pressure problem. i have a few questions.
it will be a forged rotating assembly with pro 1 or iron eagle heads. it is my daily driver to college, but i drag race it 2-3 times a month and will spray is some with som 250hp shot nitrous.

1. which rings should i use and at what gap?
2. which head gaskets? (one for aluminum, and one for steel)
3. should i change my rpm air gap intake?
4. should i use head studs if i use the pro 1 aluminum heads?
5. which one peice oil pan seal is the best? (i have heard of 2 part numbers) mine leaks.

i am sure i will have more as i get into rebuilding it for the 3rd time in 3 years.
