Anyone know of a good throttle and trans cable bracket for my setup... RPM Air Gap, Holley Avenger, "71 thr. cable, and TH350 cable. I've tried a couple that the cable mounts weren't far enough back away from the carb. (too much slack). The one I've had on there for a little while is the little blue aluminum one from Jegs... but it's too flimsy and bends. The one that's supposed to be for a Vortec manifold does not fit well either.

What are you using??

I think iam using some mr.gasket one that i found at the parts store.... dont recall any specfic part #, its a chrome peice though. I have pretty much the same setup as you, same intake, kickdown cable, just have a diffrent holley.

Most local speed shops should have one in stock.

I used the throttle/trans cable bracket from motorchrome.com for just $12.90
It fit my Holley great and lined up perfectly plus it's chrome. Also check out the throttle spring set up that attaches to the front carb stud. I have one of those too and like it ($14.90).
