just picked up a 350 one piece seal roller style engine and it came with a set of 14096217 heads.It looks like it has the canted center intake bolt holes.Anyone know anything about these?Im sure im going to sell them just want to be sure

Those heads were installed on the Camaro/Firebird 350s as well as the marine 350's. A decent small chamber head, and they don't have the intake ramps like the TBI heads.

No they werent. 3rdgen Camaros and Firebirds that got the 350 TPI engine (the only 350) got #083 heads. Those are the only heads they got.
