hey i am making the exact opposite change as you. i had put elec-life power window in a lemans i did and love them so much i am putting the powers in my camaro today. it is a parts changing at its best. just keep track of the bolts and do one door at a time so you reference where bolts, window guides and other things go and you will have no problem. i am not sure where you would get the manual regulators. but that and a crank handle should be all you need. i would assume that the regulators bolt in the exact same place as the electric ones. i have not started to adjust yet but it looks like a breeze compared to my 67 lemans that also had the back 1/4 window that had to be adjusted in sync with the front as the car was not a post car. you might want to try ebay for the regulators. i would be more than happy to give you mine however i know one is stripped and they probably arent worth the cost to ship. i will hang on to them should i hear from you. please email if you have any questions or repost here, i will keep an eye on this thread. but like i said parts changing is all you would be doing. good luck. lemanster.

ps while you have the window and reg out you might want to dynamat or fat mat the inside of the door. it is amazing how much noice those bigass doors can produce. later

The manual regulators mount in a different location, but chances are if you are going from a PW to manual that the manual holes are either marked or punched already. I changed from manual to power. Sorry i can't take any pictures now cause the car is in the paint shop for at least another week. If you still need them after that, shoot me an e-mail...before i put the interior panels on.

Yeah Ive done the power to manual switch and its not hard at all. Everything bolts up, but it does use 1 or 2 different mount holes. You will see this when the assembly is in the door. The hardest thing to do is get the alignment right, just have some patience. There was an artical in "camaro" magazine on "how to". If you what to see it buzz me an email an Ill see if I can find it, should be hear somewhere!!! I not sure on posting stuff.

derek look at the electric-life

http://www.electric-life.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?search=yes&sub=126

summit has them for 249.00 here is the part number ELI-GM85-7081-K

like i said above i have put in 2 cars and they work great. new motors and regulators. they go up and down quickly. great add on the money. remember its all new, bolt in and you dont have to chase parts down at the junk yard. you hook 3 wires up. 12+, ground and a wire from your light switch to activate the lights in the switch at night. cool deal

Lemanster,
thanks for the info. I think you misunderstood me though. I am converting FROM power to manual. Car saw 90% track duty and all wiring is for track use(rewiring now) motors on power windows are bad so I am converting to manual. thanks again though.
