I still dont have turn signals or instrument lights.

have all other lights, and fuses are fine, even have hazards flash.

tried everything but replacing whole switch in column. could that effect both??

what year is your car bud. I'll look it up. there is a possibility of it effecting. I'll let you know for sure though.

its a 72, everyone i talked to says they share same ground and circuit. they are the only lights i dont have working. i ordered a new switch from ebay for 25.00 so maybe that will fix.

I just replaced signal switch and the turn signal cam ('75) and it works fine. The left signal wasn't working before.

If you need any help, I can walk you through it. Does your car have a tilt-column?

I would go with that. you are looking at a switch that controls most of the dash light functions. Let me know if that switch doesn't fix the problem, I'll be happy to help you out from there.
