Just wondering. Are there any better speakers you can put in throughout the car? other than just stock ones or ones just like it?
Any special kinds that sound really nice. Like im not looking to have a huge stereo system like the little rice burners and stuff but what are the speakers most of you would go with??
Thanx Mike

Of course, they are all bolt on, standardized parts.
You are refering to a 2nd gen, right?

any 6x9 you want fits the rear deck
a pair of 4" can be mounted on an adapter plate in the dash.
Depending upon your door panels, front door speakers can be mounted in pods that would bolt to the door.
Use your imagination.

Please don't chop up your door panels.
A great sounding sytem can be built without resorting to destruction of good Camaro parts.
I've got a Pioneer head unit,
Alpine 6x9s in the rear (They fit with a full size spare in the trunk.)
Bass-blocked Infinity 3.5s in the center split with crossovers to a pair of tweeters at the top of the "A" pillar.
I still have the option to add an amp and sub but I think it sounds pretty good as it is.
Sound deadener throughout the body helps with a good sound system too.
Keep in mind that efficient speakers require less power for the same volume and are usually cleaner to listen to at lower volumes too.
