I have a Hurst shifter and know that the first gen Camaros came with Hurst from the factory. Did the second gen come with them as well? mine has a T handel and if the Hurst is factory I want the original crome knob, also where can I order one?

Even lowly Saginaws came with a Hurst, at least in 70.

Yep my '77 has one..even my '78 T/A had one.I would look at Year One for the shfter knob.Dont know if they list them for late '70's cars,but they used to have them for the earlier second gens.

doesnt look like they have them for anything second gen..but I think the black knob is fine..thats what mine has

Up to 71 had Hurst, after that itm. All 2nd gen TA's had them. 1st gens could have hurst or muncie shifters(I am pretty sure)
