Does anyone know where to get the VIN sticker on the drivers door. The date on mine is wrong and I would like to get a new one.

The date is wrong? Is this the original? If it is leave it alone, it is probably correct and you are reading it wrong.

This is not the original from the car but it is an original General Motors label. When I got it it was blank and they typed the wrong date in for the year. everything else is correct.

I see them on Ebay pretty often. Blank ones you can type in yourself.

That's if you can find a typewriter.

What do they list them on ebay as? I ran a search a couple of times but didn't turn up any

Isn't it funny how typewriters have disappeared from the earth? I tried to find one years ago, and when I finally did, it was like finding lost treasure.
