What door pulls and panels belong on my 75LT? I know the correct panels are hard to find, but are the correct ones one piece, or are they two piece with map pockets? And that would answer my door pull question as well? Thanks guys.

The 75 LT had the one piece door panels, so the standard hockey stick arm rests would be correct.

Thanks James. You were actually the first person I called to get the answer, but got the machine so I came here to find out! LOL

Now, here's the other questions I had for you. I know the LT panels are hard to find, but are there any rumors of someone repro'ing these in the future? Also, what about my seats? I have the LT vinyl/weave in sandlewood. Are these available or rumored to be in the works? Thanks.

So, was the standard interior in 75 the three piece panel (Garnish rail, vinyl panel and map pocket)?

Yes, the 74-77 Type LT door panels are hard to find, at least in useable condition. And no, there's no indication that repro's will be available anytime soon. The seats are pretty much in the same boat. There are reproductions available, but not with the correct material you're looking for. We may offer them in the future, but it'll be a while. We're having enough trouble with the 71-72 deluxe cloth seats to take on another.

James, I'm taking your word as truth, but have you noticed the sales brochure, showing the two piece panel? And NPD lists 73-75 panels as two piece as well. Was there a mid-year switch, or did the LT's all have one piece?

Thanks everyone for the posts.

HCKY23, Thanks, I thought that my door panels were the originals. They are three piece. I see the garnish rails listed as 70 - 73. What is the difference for the 74 & 75 standard rails?

Email me. I've got the sandlewood (if thats the tanish color). Got both front seats in very good condition (cloth inserts) and the back setup. Also have the one piece door panels with the darker ribbed inserts. Other than the center paint the chrome door loops are perfect too. sorry no handle setups though.

Here's the LT part of the brochure. Notice the door panel is a 1 piece with a hockey stick door pull.

Thanks Mike. So I figure the hockey stick pulls were LT specific then. I've seen brochure pics of the two piece style as well, so maybe 2 piece were standards?

The 2 or 3 piece style was the standard interior. If I'm not mistaken, the 73-75 standard panel looks similar (top plastic cap, center vinal panel, lower plastic pocket). The 74+ Type LT went to a single panel with cloth inserts in it and hockey stick door pull.

Click on my www. thingy and go to the Camaro album and see the seats and panels from the '75 LT. The panels need just a little gluing in the corners and a good cleaning and except for one litte 1" long spot on the drivers side they can be brought back to near perfect. The seats show the damage to the top of the rear seat back and the drivers side has alittle wear and a small hole.
