I have the repop carpet underlayment which doesn't fit really well, but I think I have it figured out.

What I wanted to know is, where should the overlap be with the carpet, and about how much overlap should there be?

Daniel, the overlap on mine is under the front seat bolts and overlaps about one to two inches

So the bolts go through both layers of the carpet?

On mine yes they did

Thanks for the info. What I ended up doing was cutting squares for the seat tracks so they would sit right on top of the pans. I am tall, so I needed the extra clearance. http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/smile.gif
