Ok , I have an 81 that the computer is long gone. It also has ac that most of the stuff is also missing. The car needs the electrical system upgraded. I was thinking about buying a reproduction harness from m&H or lectric limited. The ones I was going to buy were Dash Harness, front light harness, engine harness and heater harness for a 1980 without ac. Can anybody think of any problems I may have by doing this? I was going to replace the ac suitcase with one of those new covers like non ac cars.

I guess I would also need to replace the heater selector to a non ac one.

Later on I want to add aftermarket gauges. I guess by doing this I would have to cut the new dash harness or are there kits that you can use?

I have a 79 that I bought a complete 1980 harness with no
A/C for and found that it was to much to change over and I have a/c. I can sell you the complete car factory harness with the wiring diagrams. I have the diagram for 80 and 81 and they don't look much different. I changed my gauges over to autometers and it really was no big deal splicing into the factory harnes.
