My garage is empty, but so is my wallet. What do I do this summer? I have this Ford motor sitting, but I can't find anything decent to put it in. It's only been a week and I'm bored out of my mind already! http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/confused.gif
Maybe therapy will help, yeah, that's it. I'll go to Martin and get some therapy, maybe just inhale some race fumes or rubber smoke!
Just to show you how bad I am, I took my 4x4 out in the middle of the road and power-braked it just to hear the tires sing.

http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/wink.gif I know the feeling! I didnt sell mine, but its still on the "injured" list this year so there it sits.

Nice & sunny out yesturday & I was wondering why I was so bored-this is usually the time of year when I'm in full thrash mode getting the car ready for this weekend. I cleaned up the garage, raked the yard, even got the leafblower out. Man, this sucks! Maybe I can take the Bonneville out to the track! That massive 3.8 might blow the tires away on a blistering 18 second pass!

One thing that helps is to hit Summit & Jegs website & plan your next toy. Heck, keep putting stuff in the cart & see how full you can get it http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/wink.gif I spent $15,ooo on my last imaginary 383!!

man me too! I finally got the parts to put the motor back together, but with my dad so sick I am not sure when I will get er back together. I did get the bike ready for the road though...Martin does sound like a remedy though.

If its not raining/snowing, I'm sure I'll be there looking this weekend. The first day usually sucks, but I need a burning rubber smell fix http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/wink.gif

With the price of gas going up like it is, a lot of cars are going to sit this year. Some street rod friends of mine say they are only hitting local shows. Sad!

I didn't buy the Z24. For the money, I thought I could do better. Just getting the digital dash fixed would run $400-500. I do have a local guy selling a Ford Ranger for around $1500, so I'm thinking of buying it for a daily driver. If gas does go down, I can drop my 351W into it. http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/wink.gif

By thw way, where did you hear of the $2.30/gal max law? I might have to look that up. Right now in my town it's around $2.35
