i got some 15' slotted mags (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v717/CharlieCamaro/vicky%20camaro/DSCF10010.jpg) this weekend.. they are sweet! and they've lifted the car a little too, i can drive around without those airshocks pumped up and not hitting my headers into every speed bump. almost forgot how sweet it drives..

hopefully i'll get my freshly ordered HEI tune up kit, wires + plugs soon and i can fix my ignition problems (http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/Forum5/HTML/012572.html) and get around to doing some serious cruising http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/wink.gif

It's great hearing from you. I like your new wheels. I went to fifteens when I went to the Telstars too.

I,m not not going to let things get to me and give up on my car! I've come too far to do that!

I may stil be able to get her fixed up on time for the Hot Rod Power Tour.

We are taking a vacation to Istanbul next month though. A much needed one too. I'm hoping to hook up with Burak there. Looking forward to it. We will be there for about two weeks.

Istanbul cool! never been there, maybe sometime i'll visit it aswell. i heard it's pretty beautifull. give Burak my regards when you're there.

i just now bought a 3.23 posi rear axle with diskbrakes & booster etc. from a trans am for 250 euro's http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/smile.gif going to pick it up on wednesday..

got some me some stuff to do.. fix the ignition, install that rear end and put in new subframe bushings & SFC's i had lying around.

I've just back from the consulate this morning.

They will announce the number on internet then they will put the visa on my passport. Due to name similarity to someone wanted by cops in US they will make a investigation....

my car got checked over for the yearly emissions / safety test required by law and it failed.. everything was ok except for the tires just not enough tread left on them.

so i'll have to put my old 14's wheels + tires back on them and have another go next week.. fortunatly for me i work in a garage so it doesn't cost anything..

Sorry to hear your car failed on safety check, I ll go to test this month. ( I drive the car in industrial zone-closed to traffic- test and tuning purpose)

it's not too bad, i have my old wheels so when i put them on the car is ok again for a year.

just got my ignition tune up kit, wires, plugs etc today.. i got something to do this weekend..

i also have to change the starter engine on my peugeot, it's dead.. i hope it doesn't rain tonight.. working out in the rain sucks @ss..

what year is your Peugeot?

bah it rained most of the weekend so i didn't get much done. changed the starter on my peugeot to no avail. same problem, so somewhere the wiring is messed up. it's a 309 from '87 btw.

the timing on my camaro is weird too, last week i checked it with a timing light and it went off the scale (over 50 degrees) with the vacuum advance off. so i tuned the it hillbilly style (just by listening to the engine and test driving the car) and now it's ok. so i hooked up the timing light again and behold 44 degrees. so i think someone installed the distributor a bit wrong.
after i fix my peugeot i'm pulling the distributor, putting the upgrade kit on and install it in the camaro again. hopefully i'll do it correctly so i can set the timing properly..

Did you checked the cable resistance of strater?

yesterday I installed window felts, side mirrors and high beam switch... after the detail parts installed I ll drive it to inspection http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/smile.gif

I started to sell all parts, 68GTO and its parts, after Im done with Camaro tools will be sold too, finally the camaro has to go...

Totally 30grand expected, not a good start for US http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/wink.gif

I ask for 22grand forthe camaro, its the upper limit, there is negotiation in here all the time... we will see.
