Took my lovely bride out to the races on Friday to let her flog the Mustang a bit. We didn't go at all last season, so some of the following may be left over from last year. These are some of the things that I observed:

1. They don't do a very good job of teching the cars now. Some later arrivals handed their paper to the guy in the staging lanes, who then preceded to write the comp number on the window. He didn't even look at the car!

2. No Friday night brackets! What is up with that? They were having eliminations for the diesel trucks, but everything else was Test & Tune.

3. We were told that Sportsman now runs on Saturday, which is fine, but it costs $35 to race now.

I don't like where PR is going, and will start driving to Bremerton.

Todd! long time no hear!
I went to the National Open at pacific a few weeks ago after not being there in over two years.
I will not be back there until the division finals.(If I make it)

I go to bremerton for every points weekend and any other time I can. Come out and race sportsman there, the class is weak right now and it is easy pickings for your wife. (I know she is the better racer http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/wink.gif

Can't talk about the tech issue, don't know who owns the responsibility (PR or the is it the drag club?). I used to belong to Washington Motorcycle Road racing Association (WMRRA). I don't competition race currently but do know that my friends that still do are paying really high prices. The cost of renting the track has really been skyrocketing in the last couple of years. Probably the symptom of everything else $$$ around the Seattle area.

Arron, it has been awhile, hasn't it? We've always enjoyed racing at Bremerton, and will be doing more of it this year. We'll definately be over for a few Sportsman races.

Oh, and you're probably right about her being the better driver. hahaha
