Im going on my 2nd year of living here and I want to know if any one knows of any good car clubs in the Omaha area. I havent really found any and I dont want to pay to just go to a club meeting once a month and a picnic.
2. Are there any good performanec shops around. I can always use good advice and cheap parts (damn car) love to hate it http://www.nastyz28.com/ubb/wink.gif.

Yes there is a wonderful camaro club up there, but I cant think of the name right now. I will look in my Midwest car council book and tell you what there called.
As for engine shops, I don't know much about the Omaha area, but we take all of our engines to Spannel Engines. They are a family owned and ran business specializing in high performance engines. And they do excellent work for a wonderful price in comparison to other engine shops around (most everybody around here don't think its worth the extra money so they take their engines to Car Quest), but if you take it from me its worth it. I took my engine to car quest before I had heard of Spannels, and those guys don't know an exhaust valve from what's hanging between their legs. Spannels workmanship is pristine. I highly recommend them.

You can check out www.gmmodernmuscle.com (http://www.gmmodernmuscle.com) . They're mostly in Lincoln but there's a few Omahans there. Also there's www.omaharacing.com (http://www.omaharacing.com) . Tend to be a lot of ricers and drama there, but there's a lot of cool people there too.
What year Camaro do you drive? What area of town are you in usually?
