Can someone post a picture showing where the red oxide paint ends under the firewall and the semi-gloss black starts on the bottom side of the car? Is it a straight line or a feathered edge?

It should be feathered. There is a lip or a butt joint of where the underneath sheet metal joins the cowl or firewall. It should be feathered there, the black over the red oxide.
