Is it correct for a '71Z to have the blue metal label on the driverside door that says "GM"?

I don't think it does, but I have seen cars with these above the tire pressure decal.

I have not seen them on the 71-up cars..they may have been on the 70's, but I'm not sure.

Mike, and others, Two of my 70's have the Factory Blue sticker...... someone in the Northeast used to advertise and sell originals or repops(??) in Hemmings.....anybody have a lead on this guy??......Chuck/Seattle

1970 did not come with the blue GM emblem.

I to have never seen a original 70Z that had the blue sticker. Thought 69 was the last year.

Everyone, I must correct myself for my previous post. My 70 survivor Red R/S SS does NOT have the Square shaped BLUE "GM" sticker on the inside of door. It does have a Blue rectangular sticker with some text printed on it that finishes off including the VIN # of my Car in particular....Anybody agree with this on there 70 Camaros......Chuck

My 70 SS also has the blue "VIN" sticker but no blue "GM" sticker. DOB 3/70, Van Nuys.
