Where are the best location for that in 2nd gen camaro? maybe low area in firewall under the master cyliner?

The more "fresh" airflow your oil cooler will catch, the better it will cool. The best choice is in front of the A/C condenser or radiator core (without A/C), then it will be 100% efficient. Between the the A/C condenser and the radiator will give you 75% efficiency. If you mount it between the radiator and the fan you will get about 60% of the capability of your cooler.
