Here is a couple i've seen:
1/4 mile et =1 .56 x 1/8mile et
1/4 mile et = (1/8 mile et + 0.22)/0.655

That formula sounds good, but I also know that if you look around online you can download a dyno test of your very own and it will ask certain questions about your car and give you a 1/4 and 1/8 time...so goodluck.
