If you let it wear through the bushings completely, you might also need new hinge pins, and if it has worn into the hinge itself, you can either drill the hole larger and put in an oversize bushing, or replace the entire hinge. Auto parts stores should have the hinge bushings on hand, as well as at your GM parts counter. TACK 07-16-2012, 01:22:52 PM called orielly auto parts down the road..bushings in stock and cheap! GOLF72 07-16-2012, 09:04:52 PM I would solicit help. Friggin doors are heavy. cbraswell 07-25-2012, 06:54:27 AM Where could you find a kit with oversized bushings and pins? I called my self looking through my npd book but I could have overlooked them.. hogg 07-25-2012, 09:20:39 AM Replace one hinge at a time without removing the door |
