Does anyone here know anything about them. Also has anyone ever saw a converter that had the anti ballon plates inside instead of on the outside.I'm wondering about this because they gave me a great price compared to every other one I priced and they said that most of the cars running in Mission B.C. use them.

Go with Coan, Continental, Hughes or ATI. Most cars running in Mission BC are not running those converters for very long. I have a friend who got one for his car from them, first pass he hit the rev limiter in all gears becuase the converter couldn't hold.

Tks Arron,I have talked to Coan but I have heard a couple people say they liked these and they're cheap I guess that's why.I'd like to save some money but I don't want any grief so I guess I'll bite the bullet and buy a good one.

I have a friend using a prowest converter in his 95 trans am.Its a 2500 lock up one for his 4l60e.It is a daily driver(winter too)And it has over 60 passes on it as well as 2 1/2 yrs of street abuse.Never had one problem. He recently rebuilt his trans and they took his old converter as trade and gave him a brand new one for $100.
Just thought I'd let you know.
