Heeeeeeeere it is!!! The long-awaited 2nd North Texas Fbody GTG will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2005 at:

Hooters (Ft. Worth/Hulen)
5350 SW Blvd.
Ft. Worth, TX 76109

Walker Racing, the Senior Division of North Texas Fbodys, along with Gasoline Alley Car Shows, is sponsoring a 12-class (approx), all-fbody show with 60 gorgeous trophies to be given away!!!!! A $10 dollar registration fee gets you entry into the show, a dash plaque to the first 100 registered, an AWESOME goodie bag (wayyyy better than cytruffle's previous attempt....lol), another poster for your wall, and a hella fun day with cool friends, hot cars, & the legendary Hooters girls!!

Special guest is Scott (the Fbodfather) Settlemire, former Camaro Brand Manager, now Manager, Chevrolet Shows & Exhibits........coming here from Detroit for the Dallas Auto Show........and for us!!!!

There will be PLENTY of parking, a beer garden, and even room for vendors/sponsors to set up!!!!!

Goodness knows I got things to do. We need to make madmike proud and show these youthful american iron rides what their heritage is like. Also remember show quality is NOT the point here. Mike, I already used "Dad this is all I want outta life" when I got my Camaro to begin with, haha. He will probably be there with me. Drop me an email and let me know when I can come by and pick up that fender extension you've got. The Z28 will be fixed, but not painted. Wont be worth the paint if I'm gonna repaint the whole car in a couple years anyway.

Let me know if any caravans are formed out of the Plano area. I remember going out there once a few years ago and we had at least 25 cars haulin ass that way. Probably more fun than the actual event for me, jk.

Also, is there a rain date? With my luck it will rain and I wont be able to get the other day off so I might as well request both of them off at the same time to be safe and then just work which ever day it doesn't happen. I'm sure there will be caravans forming......check out LS2.com, LS1Tech, and DFWLS1 a little closer to the date because there were several coming from various points across the 'plex to the Grapevine GTG last fall;

also....there is not a rain date.....we'll be there rain or shine!! (pray for shine!!)

wow.. i'd love to go. fort worth is quite a drive from here so we'll have to see when it's closer to april.

Hey guys I'm back. Had to sell the 74 for lawyers fees due to visitation crap with the ex. BUT I'll see if I can get off work, currently have a 95 Camaro for daily driver and just got a line on a decent 72 RS for 2500.00. Hope I can get the monet before it goes bye bye....

ok somebody asked me how many of each gens we have preregistered so far, so here it is:

as of 3/14/05

4th gens - 106

3rd gens - 17

2nd gens - 9

1st gens - 2 (however, North Tx Camaro Club is using the 4/10 GTG as their rally point for April, so we'll probly get more......they just haven't preregistered)

that's a total of 134 so far!!!

Let's get some more 2nd gens out for this event!!!
