Not being a smartass, but try a pre-mixed tube of body filler, i know you don't need but the smallest amount. Or try any hobby shop, i'll bet they have something.

Hi 79,
That's a pretty easy fix, to remove the side fender vents first sand them off with a rough grit wet/dry sandpaper (the black kind in the body supply area of the auto parts store) around 100 or 12o grit is good for this. Once the raised areas are level with the main fender area there will probably be indents for the vents, these can be filled with any putty that is compatible with plastic. The red Bondo spot putty works good for this. When it is dry sand it smooth. You will probably need a couple of trys to get it nice and smooth, and use a finer grit - 250 to 300 for the final sanding. Then primer it with gray spray primer and you will be able to see how smooth you have it. it may take a couple of trys, but you can always add more putty and sand until you are satisfied.
To remove the front spoiler a razor saw is the best tool. these are made by X-Acto and have a red handle and a fine tooth saw blade. You can get one at the local hobby store or craft store like Michaels, they are only about $3 or $4 and are a worthwile investment for making straight cuts in plastic.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
