my friend had one of these he brought brand new in 77 . it took him 6 month to blow the 305 and put my L79 327 and Muncie M21 out of my 68 chevelle in it . the car was sick ! a year later the car was candy apple red , and sold 6 months later . it was one of the baddest cars in town in 77 . this car was a Chevrolet product . a one year only monza mirage http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh155/stinsonz/monzamirage.jpg

Definitely overkill on the body kit. Vega was a nicer looking car IMO.

The nose on that 78 looks like the foundation for the nose for the 3rd gen camaro
