I may be wrong, but this is not a "yellow" camaro- the 77's and 79's were "yellow" but I believe the 78 was the "burn't yellow/orange color. Don't have my orig folders here but pretty sure no "bright yellow" camaro's in '78.

looks like a great car if it really is all original, its nice to see them in original untouched condition

I thought it was. Can't remember the name of the color. I may be wrong, but I only remember Z's in that color- there weren't many of them.

...Looking it up it is code 34 ,Z28 only, I liked that car[ it's in my pics on the site] .They made a bright yellow Z that year also code 51. I asked the person to also e mail me some pics of the car in the ad, my dad's car was fully loaded with the regular vinyl camel interior, hope that helps, DC:bowtie:

My 77 RS is 51, bright yellow. Looks subdued comparing it to the new yellow camaros!

In 78 the Z's came in bright yellow and yellow orange. How much is that car? Not much information in the ad.

it is a rare color, paint code 34 they made 2311 in that color. so if half of them are still around which i doubt you are looking at less the 1000 left out there. they produced over 16,000 in red, this is the rarest color in 78 by a long shot.

There's another rare color for 78 Z's I have never seen called dark blue-green metallic. Anybody have one? Pics?
