I just installed a engine in my car but I can`t get the gas to flow any sugestens any advice would be aprecieated....

Sometimes you have to crank the engine over a bunch to get the fuel pumped up to the carb...that or chk your pump

well when i put in a fresh motor i fill the bowl on the carb up with fuel i make a small funnel out of paper and pour it in the vent tube of the bowl. when the motor starts it will have run long enough to pull fuel from the tank.

if you have done this and is not pulling fuel try this. get a gas can and put up near the front and run a hose to it from the fuel pump try it. this will eliminate the fuel lines and tank if there are any problems.

if this dont work then pull your feul pump did you put the rod in? if the rod is there then replace fuel pump.
