I started to decode my heads and found that they are casting #3921786. I started searching the net and found out they have 64cc combustion chambers but nothing more.

I am looking for int./ex.cc info as well as valve size info. If anyone has any good links to guide me on the quest for personal knowledge about my heads I would be most appreciative.

These heads were used in 1969 & 1970.CC is 63.305.Valve size was either 1.94in 1.50ex or 2.02in 1.60ex depending on application.350 300hp had the smaller valves,while the 350 360hp & 370hp and 302 290hp had the bigger valves.Chevrolet by the numbers by Alvin Colvin is a great book.Hope this helps a little.

I started to get intersested in decoding my car over a leaking intake. It has officially snowballed. The motor is a 73-74 van/bus motor. From what I have read those motors put out 155h.p. or 160h.p. depending on the year. Those are not the heads that came on that motor. Sooo, I now wonder what the cam specs are? Does it have a van/bus cam in it? And if so, could that be robbing me of some HP/torque? We will soon find out.
