I just purchased what appears to be an all original 77 LT/RS. I have used the decoding page to check the VIN and Trim Tag numbers, and they all check out except the last line of the trim tag. It reads:

02B U - Z 110137.

I understand that the numbers are indicating the car was built in the second week of February, but what are the rest of the codes indicating? Thanks for the help.

U = blue interior (dash, steering wheel)
- = no power windows
Z = RS package

My '77 Type LT was built 02B also, it has 19,770 original miles on it, it is Antique White with Black vinyl, it has the 350-4bbl, 4-speed, posi, F41 suspension, spoilers, am-fm 8-track, the VIN is 1S87L7L567613, ......Chris
