If youre 1970 Camaro did not have the DEluxe interior option, then how and when did the Z-23 Interior Accent Group($21.00) option get added.......Only when requested or included with Anything else.......?????

You ordered it like any other option.

If you ordered the custom interior, you didn't need to order Z23 cause it was packaged in with the interior package.

Which is the purpose of packages anyway.

Like adding RPO F41 to a Z28 - unnecessary, since you ordered Z28, it's all packaged.
